Arvind Adarkar

Arvind Adarkar graduated from Sir J. J. College of Architecture with a degree from Bombay University. 1975, he started his own practice under the name of Arvind Adarkar Associates in the field of architectural and interior design. His very first project was a challenge; to plan an apartment building in place of an old wada without displacing the tenants living in a most vulnerable situation. Influenced by the works of modern masters, his work started reflecting a sensitivity towards the play of architectural spaces.

Neera Adarkar

Neera Adarkar architect and urban researcher completed her graduation in architecture from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai University and post-graduate in Industrial Design from I.I.T. Powai, Mumbai. She joined Arvind Adarkar in 1981.

Arun Kale

Arun Kale graduated in architecture from the University of Baroda in 1978. After gaining professional experience in different architectural firms, he joined Arvind and Neera Adarkar to form a trio which now heads Adarkar Associates.

His expertise lies in architectural design and detailing.
